BIRDS, BEES AND LAKE

Lake Geneva (Lake Léman) is a crescent-shaped lake located between France and Switzerland, and dominated by the Alps. Geneva, the Swiss city at its southern end, is a diplomatic center that is home to luxury stores and a cobblestone old town. To the south, on the French side, is the spa town and resort of Evian-les-Bains. The chic, palm-studded Swiss Riviera stretches along the northern shore from Lausanne to Montreux.
